Vision Land Management

There are many arenas, players and processes involved in taking a raw piece of land through the detailed steps of entitlements, design, and construction. Vision Land Management LLC was founded to bring together and coordinate the efforts of land owners, agencies, consultants and contractors required to develop land.

Now, the Vision Land Management team brings years of experience and proven results to the forefront of ‚ readying land for builders and investors, while adhering to our core values of quality and innovation. The process of producing commercial lots and residential neighborhoods requires the hand of experience. Vision Land Management is fully equipped to do just that.

Vision Commercial

Vision Commercial, LLC, is the business unit responsible for implementing Vision First's community-building philosophy in its mixed-use commercial projects throughout Idaho, Washington, Oregon and Nevada. With an efficient, collaborative approach and long-term view, Vision Commercial brings to fruition dynamic community and commercial places of interest, employment and commerce. To bring successful projects to the communities where we do business, we rely on a well-established, far-reaching network of investors, contacts, associates and consultants.

Vision Commercial's property development services include site selection, land planning, project and construction management, financing, equity investment, sales and leasing. The principals of Vision Commercial bring a diverse background of experience, including oversight of large regional land developments; Fortune executive management; national chain store and retail center development; and development and brokerage services across a variety of property types. Currently, Vision Commercial manages a portfolio of commercial property assets consisting of 9 projects totaling over 770 acres.
